We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, you can easily return the product and receive a refund, then place a new order.

We ship within the EU. Shipping within Poland is free for orders over 400 PLN. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. In Poland, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. For international deliveries, timing may vary depending on your location.

We currently ship via DHL and InPost. You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Oh no! First, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Then, contact us at contact@clubharbour.com with your order number and your carrier claim number. Once we have those details, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.

We use 95% TENCEL™ Modal and 5% Spandex across all our pieces. TENCEL™ Modal is known for its breathability, softness, and strength — making it ideal for garments worn close to the skin. It’s derived from responsibly sourced wood pulp and produced through an environmentally responsible process. The result is a premium fabric that’s gentle on skin, long-lasting, and easier on the planet.

We partner exclusively with certified manufacturers who meet strict international standards for ethical production and workplace conditions. Our production partner holds certifications including BSCI, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and CPC, which confirm responsible labor practices, material safety, and product compliance. We carefully select facilities that align with our values of quality, safety, and accountability.
