2. Definitions

  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  • Seller – Harbour Weronika Kosycarz.

  • Payment Operators – PayPro SA (Przelewy24) and Shopify Payments.

3. Shopping in the Store Orders can be placed via the website 24/7. The conclusion of the sales contract occurs at the moment the Seller confirms the acceptance of the order.

4. Prices and Payments All prices are gross prices (including VAT). The Seller provides the following online payment methods:

  • Przelewy24 – operated by PayPro SA with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland).

  • Shopify Payments – operated by Stripe Technology Europe, Ltd. with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland.

  • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, and fast electronic transfers.

5. Delivery of Goods Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland and selected EU countries. Delivery costs and times are indicated each time before placing an order.

6. Complaints The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

  2. The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of its notification.

  3. The Customer will receive information on how the complaint was resolved via electronic means.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

  2. The refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the original transaction.

  3. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Consumer.

8. Vouchers and Gift Cards

  1. A Voucher (Gift Card) is a bearer or registered voucher with a specific validity period (12 months).

  2. Delivery method: Vouchers are delivered exclusively via electronic means to the e-mail address provided in the order. The Store does not offer delivery of vouchers in paper/postal form.

  3. The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and the unused amount is not subject to withdrawal.

  4. Complaints and cancellations regarding vouchers are subject to the rules described in point 6.

9. Personal Data and Cookies (GDPR) The personal data administrator is Harbour Weronika Kosycarz. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

10. Final Provisions The Terms of Service are available free of charge on the store's website. In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
