How do I return an Item?

Please download and complete the Return Form and send it together with the item to InPost Pickup Point using below information:

RETURN FORM

Note: We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

Returns:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel.

Refunds:
After we receive the returned item together with the completed return form, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days from the date we receive the return. Refunds will be made to the bank account provided on the return form.

Return shipping & exchanges:
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We do not offer product exchanges, you may return the item and place a new order.

Returned items must not show any signs of wear or use; we accept only brand-new, unused products for returns.
